After the degreasing and pickling process, use START PASSIVANT F at a concentration of 5% (i.e., dilute 5L of product in 100L of water). Immerse the parts at a temperature of 90º C and let it act for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Then, remove and do not rinse. Wait approximately 1 minute before proceeding to the next step, which is lubrication with START LUBRI F. The solution should be prepared in containers resistant to acid products, such as stainless steel, rubber-coated, and plastic. Important: Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, boots, eye protection, and face protection.
