Grupo Lima & Pergher limits the sharing of information to situations necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in this notice. Below are the third parties and respective situations that may involve the sharing of data:

Public authorities and regulatory bodies, to comply with regulations and/or official requests, such as the Secretariat for the Evaluation of Public Policies, Planning, Energy, and Lottery – SECAP of the Ministry of Economy;
